Thermal overload relay Kl.10, 2.30-3.10A TF42-3.1 – ABB – 1SAZ721201R1033 – 4013614398087: Thermal overload relay Kl.10, 2.30-3.10A TF42-3.1 Adjustable current range 2.3 ... 3.1A, max. rated operating voltage Ue 690V, type of mounting direct attachment, connection type main circuit screw connection, number of auxiliary contacts as NC contact 1, number of auxiliary contacts as NO contact 1, number of auxiliary contacts as changeover contact 0, tripping class CLASS 10, automatic reset function, button reset function, TF42 are economical, electromechanical motor protection devices for currents up to 38 A. In the event of an overload, they provide reliable thermal protection for the connected motors. TF42 are normally mounted on contactors AF09 to AF38, but the devices can also be mounted separately on a DIN rail using a stand-alone installation kit. If the motor current set on the current scale is exceeded, the relays trip via bimetallic elements and thus change the switching position of the two auxiliary contacts 1NO/1NC. An upstream contactor is switched off as a result. The relays allow manual or automatic reset, they have test and stop functions as well as a tripped indication. The current scale of the devices can be sealed. Accessories such as reset buttons and data resets complete the range. TF42 have tripping class 10, are temperature-compensated and sensitive to phase failure and have Atex approval.
