If the motor current set on the current scale is exceeded, the relays trip via bimetallic elements and thus change the switching position of the two auxiliary contacts 1NO/1NC. An upstream contactor is switched off as a result. The relays allow manual or automatic reset, they have test and stop functions as well as a tripped indication. The current scale of the devices can be sealed. Accessories such as reset buttons and data resets complete the range.
