Central monitoring unit for CGLine+ lights - Test device for emergency power CGLine+WEBController – Ceag – 40071361055 – 4012539341611: Central monitoring unit for CGLine+ lights CGLine+WEBController Length 214mm, width 109.8mm, height 60.1mm, automatic testing and control system according to DIN EN 62034 for up to 800 CGLine+ single battery lights, can be divided into 4 strands with 200 lights each (or 2 Strings with 400 lights each). For safety lighting installations in accordance with DIN EN 50172, DIN V VDE V 0108-100 and DIN VDE 0100-560. An integrated web server enables convenient visualization, control and monitoring of all connected CGLine+ lights from any workstation PC on the intranet using a standard web browser without any additional special software. All data and commands are transmitted from the lights to the CGLine+ web controller via an unshielded 2-wire bus cable (e.g. JY(ST)Y 2 x 2 x 0.8), which can be laid in a free topology, without bus terminating resistors. In the CGLine+ system, the lights do not have to be addressed manually. At the factory, all CGLine+ lights already receive a unique address, a 6-digit ID number in the HEX code. This is used to automatically detect all connected lights on the controller during commissioning. In addition, each individual luminaire can be assigned a numerical short address and an individual name (up to 20 characters) during configuration. It is therefore possible to use this marking as a place name, for example. The installed CGLine+ lights can be physically divided into 4 strands. In addition, the lights can be freely assigned logically in up to 8 zones per strand. Zones can be areas in which the lights are to be spatially grouped together, for example on one floor, in one area or just for one room. When using only 2 strands, a division into up to 16 zones per strand is possible. Functional and operating duration tests are started automatically from the CGLine+ web controller. For this purpose, the lights can be divided into up to 8 different test groups so that, for example, an operating duration test does not start at the same time on lights installed next to one another. The period between tests is freely adjustable. It is also possible to manually start/abort a function or operating duration test. Related to all lights, a strand, a zone or just for a single light. The communication between the controller and each individual luminaire is monitored cyclically. In the event of a bus line interruption, the additionally integrated test function in every CGLine+ luminaire ensures that the prescribed tests are carried out automatically and displayed on site on the luminaire. All test results are stored in an electronic test book for at least 4 years. This can be viewed directly via the web browser. In order to carry out further evaluations of the test book, the test book can be saved directly to the controller on a standard USB stick and conveniently analyzed on a PC using the CGLine+ PC software. The integrated mail client automatically sends an email notification with an acknowledgment function for assignable events to up to 10 email recipients. The 10 email addresses are divided into 2 email recipient groups to create an escalation hierarchy. Floor plan programming integrated into the web server allows the lights to be clearly displayed on a building floor plan in the web browser. Up to 30 floor plan images can be loaded per controller. The lights are shown in color with their status in the floor plan. When you touch a light with the mouse cursor, a status window opens with further information about the light. An integrated menu clearly displays all CGLine+ web controllers on the intranet on one page and shows the current status for each zone. The integrated hyperlink function simplifies navigation to the various WEB servers. The operation of the controller is password-protected, with a distinction being made between user and administrator access rights. Furthermore, the emergency lighting function can be blocked for all lights, a strand, a zone or just for a single light during non-operational times (permanent light lights are switched off and in the event of a power failure, the lights do not switch to battery operation). In addition, lights that are switched to continuous light during normal operation can be switched off remotely; in the event of a power failure, these lights are automatically switched on to battery operation. The CGLine+ web controller can be easily configured using the separately available CGLine+ PC software. Up to 32 controllers, each with 800 lights, can be centrally controlled using the optionally available CGVision visualization and monitoring software. In total, up to 25,600 CGLine+ self-contained battery lights can be monitored without restrictions. The CGLine+ web controller has 3 digital inputs, 2 of which are freely programmable and one input is designed as a blocking input for all lights. Quiescent current monitoring (differential loop monitoring) in the blocking input reliably detects a short circuit or interruption and puts all lights into normal operation. Furthermore, the CGLine+ web controller has 2 freely assignable relay outputs (changeover contact), for example to forward fault messages to a higher-level BMS.
