Dynatel Full Range Marker green (wastewater), iD - Electronic cable marker 1253-XR/ID – 3M – 7100178458 – 0051128620687: Dynatel Full Range Marker green (wastewater), iD 1253-XR/ID The green 3M™EMS iD-Full Range Marker - wastewater makes marking and thus later locating underground sewage pipes extremely easy. It can be located and read in the ground up to a maximum depth of two meters, is insensitive to minerals, chemicals and temperature changes and is therefore suitable for any type of soil. Due to its diameter of 38.1 centimeters and a height of 1.65 centimeters and its horizontal installation position, it also serves, among other things, as a ''protective shield'' for socket bodies. The electronic markers are considered the most reliable method of marking existing or newly installed facilities - even under snow. Their function is not affected by metal ducts or pipes, nor by fences or high-voltage lines. The EMS iD markers are delivered with an individual, pre-programmed serial number. This serial number is also attached to the marker in the form of a removable, self-adhesive sticker with a barcode and can be stuck directly into the cable/layout plan. When the iD marker receives the “read” signal from a 3M™ Dynatel™ cable locator, it transmits the information previously stored in it. The iD markers can be programmed temporarily or permanently to store user-defined information such as cable or joint data, type of application or other important details. After this data has been read using the tracking device, it can be transferred to a PC via a serial RS232 connection. These active iD full range markers are also compatible with older, passive markers.
